I’ve always been a sensitive soul. The kind of person who could walk into a room and feel the emotional temperature shift before a word was spoken. As a child, I didn’t have the language for it — only the sense that I felt deeply, saw beneath the surface, and carried a quiet knowing I couldn’t always explain.

Like many intuitive women, I grew up learning to silence that knowing. I learned to put others first, to be the calm one, the capable one, the one who holds it all together. I spent years doing the “right” things, ticking the boxes, giving from an empty cup — until I couldn’t anymore.

It was through my own healing path — from burnout and disconnection to clarity and sovereignty — that I truly came home to myself.

Along the way, I trained in reflexology, energy healing, and spiritual mentoring, and began to understand not only how to hold space for others, but how to honor my own energy too.

I became fascinated by Human Design and the way it reveals the energetic blueprint of who we truly are. I came to see it — along with our soul and soul purpose — as a powerful map for living in alignment. Through that lens, I began to rebuild my life not from obligation, but from resonance and truth.

Alongside my holistic treatments, I also wanted a sacred space for sensitive women, so I set up The Inner Light Membership. It was born not from a business plan, but from a soul calling. It’s the space I longed for during my own journey — a gentle, sacred container where sensitive women could reconnect to themselves, clear the noise, and remember the truth they’ve always carried.

This isn’t about being more, doing more, or fixing what was never broken.
It’s about softening back into your own rhythm, reclaiming your energy, and letting your inner light shine — not because you forced it, but because you finally felt safe enough to stop hiding.
